Photorbit ships across India. This page explains our shipping charges, delivery timelines, and order tracking.

Shipping charges

Delivery charges are included in the price shown on every product — there is no separate shipping fee added at checkout, and no minimum order value. Your order confirmation and invoice itemise the delivery charge included in the total you paid.

Processing time

Ready-made products are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Personalised and custom-made products (engraving, custom photo frames, name plates) may take 2–5 business days to craft before dispatch, depending on complexity.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within Kolkata, and 3–7 business days for the rest of India, depending on the destination and courier availability. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Order tracking

You can track the status of your order anytime from your account's order history, which shows each stage from confirmed to packed, shipped, and delivered.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier network issues outside our control. We'll keep you informed by email if we expect a delay beyond the estimated window.
